It may take approximately 24-48 hours within business days to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen.

Shipping Policy:

All shipping is provided via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value/weight of your purchase.
We require a signature for all deliveries. We can deliver to P.O Boxes if the order is under $200 and there is absolutely no expedited shipping on PO box orders.In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.

At the present time, we are only shipping to the United States.

Shipping Method:

You can choose Ground:
(DHL/USPS usually delivers within 5-7 business days.)

You can choose Express:
(DHL/USPS usually delivers within 2-3 business days.)

Or, you can choose Overnight:
(DHL/USPS usually delivers within 1 business day.)

Please note that it may be longer for DHL/USPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves Poppy.

DHL/USPS does not deliver on federal holidays.

DHL/USPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and after the third attempt DHL will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent any further complications with your delivery: please make sure to give us your most accessible phone number.

RETURN POLICY
Poppy prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition, with tags intact, within 14 days after being received, Please e-mail us at customerservice@shoppoppycda.com with a brief description and reason for your return and you will be issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 24hrs. You will receive the RMA # via e-mail. Please note, we will not process returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Items without an RMA number may be refused or exchanged for a store credit minus a shipping fee. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please make sure when returning your package to use trackable method as we can not and will not credit packages that we have not received.

All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Shoppoppycda.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.

Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.

 *Please note that Poppy does not permit the return or exchange of the following items:

  • Sale Items Purchased at a Reduced Price
  • Cosmetics
  • Perfume
  • Undergarments
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by UPS, billing and shipping contact information and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.


Back Orders:

If a single item order is on backorder, it will take approximately two to four weeks before another shipment arrives.

When the shipment arrives we will send the back ordered item.

In the event that an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; Poppy will ship the items in stock and remove the back order item from your order. You will not be charged for the removed item. If the back order item is still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the item that you want, so that you can reorder the item. 

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items: 
 
You may only cancel your order via email, up to the time the order is shipped.
If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order once you have received it. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from Poppy.
 
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.

Minors and Family Members:
Poppy does not knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to use our website purchasing services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us.

If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians.
If a minor makes a purchase with their parents credit card without authorization, Poppy is not responsible for any refunds or returns. If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder's authorization, Poppy is not responsible for any refunds or returns.There are no exceptions.
